Obituary of Daniel Nuñez
Daniel was a father and devoted husband of 65 years, married to our late mother, who he adored. Their love was a true testament of unwavering commitment and deep affection. A proud father of four, grandfather of seven, and great-grandfather of three, he built a legacy of love, strength, and resilience. Deeply hardworking, he instilled in all of us a relentless work ethic that we are forever grateful to have inherited. Though strong and determined, he carried himself with humility, nobility, and a gentle kindness — a rare balance that made him both a guiding force and a comforting presence.
To his family, he was a five-star chef— He had a masterful touch with the seasonings, turning every meal into a feast that we eagerly looked forward to. When he wasn’t in the kitchen, he found joy in watching both action and scary movies, boxing matches and doing crossword puzzles—interests that brought him excitement and laughter and kept his mind active.
Always a great dancer, he never shied away from the dance floor. He made every step look elegantly effortless, and was always the last one standing, dancing long into the night. His laughter was contagious, and his stories and jokes filled our lives with warmth and joy.
Later in life, Daniel made the most important decision of his life—he chose to be right with God. He dedicated himself to his faith and found peace in reading his Bible. His gentle soul and steadfast spirit will be deeply missed, but his love and lessons will live on in all of us forever.
We love you, we honor you and will carry your memory with us always.
