Ainnet Rodriguez Obituary
In Loving Memory of Ainnet Rodriguez
Our beloved Sister, Mother, Daughter, niece, & Friend. Known lovingly as Netty, was a sweet soul with a firecracker personality. She always spoke her mind, never held back from saying exactly what she felt, and somehow could make you laugh even when you didn’t feel like smiling. She truly was a comedian. Her witty humor and unforgettable personality are some of the things we will miss most about her.
She had a special gift for getting people to open up like a book. She could make you feel comfortable enough to share the things you kept hidden, and she had a way of making people feel heard. She was someone who could uplift you so high, especially when you were feeling down. She had that gift with me, and it is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
Ainnet was a go-getter. She worked hard and did what she had to do to take care of the people around her. She carried a lot on her shoulders, sometimes more than anyone knew. She had sadness inside of her, but even through her own struggles, she tried her best to make everyone around her smile. She gave love and laughter even during the moments when she was hurting herself.
She was a mother to her beloved son, Abel, a role she wanted so deeply. She loved being a mother more than anything, and she was a good one. Abel was her world, and the love she had for him was undeniable.
She was also a beautiful part of the lives of her family. After we lost our mother, she had the enormous responsibility of raising me when I was only 14 years old. She was faced with fear, hardships, and responsibilities that no one should have to carry so young, but she still did it. She stepped up for me when I needed someone, and that is something I will never forget.
With Abel and her nephew Alany, she was at her happiest. She would play with them, listen to music with them, watch movies, joke around, and just enjoy being with them. She had a way of making ordinary moments fun. The love and laughter she shared with those boys will forever be a part of them.
What I will miss most about my sister is her witty humor, her laugh, and the way she could uplift me when I needed it most. I will miss the person I could talk to, the person who could make me laugh, and the woman who, despite everything she carried inside, always found a way to bring light to the people around her.
My sister was many things: a mother, a sister, a caretaker, a hustler, a comedian, a protector, and a friend. She was imperfect and beautifully human, but she loved deeply and left an impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She was our Netty. She was our Wonder Woman.
And although our hearts are broken that she is no longer here, her laughter, her humor, her strength, and the love she gave to Abel, Alany, me, and so many others will live on.
You will forever be loved. You will forever be missed. And you will never be forgotten.

En cariñosa memoria de Ainnet Rodríguez
Nuestra querida hermana, madre, hija, sobrina y amiga.
