Over 40 years ago this beautiful women accepted me into her family, yes from the very beginning! I had such great respect for her and always will. I was always impressed by how so many people gravitated towards her. It's no surprise this happened because of her big heart. Another thing is for sure is that you will never leave hungry after visiting her, not only did she make sure you ate, but she also made sure you took home enough food to eat for days. She loved her family so much, especially her grandchildren. She also loved life, she loved to dance even when it became so hard for her to do so. Maria, thank you for accepting me and thank you for always treating me like your very own son. I love you and I will miss you so much. Say high to everyone up in heaven, your sister, niece, William, my Grandma and so many more. Please look over us as I know you will. You will be forever in our hearts, Rest in Peace Maria.
